Born in Westchester County New York. Mr. Schwartzreich was raised in Rye Brook, New York. He attended Kents Hill School in Kents Hill Maine for High School. Upon graduating from High School , Mr. Schwartzreich attended Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio receiving a B.A. in Psychology. After College Mr. Schwartzreich attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earning a Masters in Business Administration. After receiving his M.B.A. He attended St. Thomas University School of Law earning his J.D.
Mr. Schwartzreich has extensive trial experience. Mr. Schwartzreich has represented and defended clients from charges including Murder, Drug Trafficking, Rape/ Sexual Battery/ Grand Theft, Fraud, DUI/DWI Probation Hearing and Violations and numerous other criminal charges. He has represented over 5000 clients in Both Federal, State and County Courts Mr. Schwartzreich's trial experience extends over 80 jury and bench trials. Mr. Schwartzeich has also represented several law enforcement officers on behalf of the Police Benevolent Association.
Mr. Schwartzreich's and his firm’s cases have been featured on Dateline and 48 Hours, as well as being covered by local media outlets and newspapers.
Recognizing Mr. Schwartzreich's legal knowledge in the criminal justice system he has been invited and has lectured three times to Russian Judges and Russian Law Students at the prestigious Russian Legal Academy in Moscow, Russia. He lectures to law students about the American Criminal Justice System. Mr. Schwartzreich has also been a guest lecturer at Saint Thomas University Law of School. Mr. Schwartzreich has been invited by Judges of the 17th Judicial Circuit to lecture to their law students and college students. Mr. Schwartzreich has successfully advocated and lobbied, on the state and local level for the firm's clients and for the rights of citizens.
He has also testified in front of the Senate Appropriations Committee in Tallahassee, Florida.
He is a former assistant Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County. In 1995 he was recognized and received an award for Intern of the Year. Member of the Florida Bar, Former Member of the Dade County Bar Association and Federal Bar association. Former Treasure of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Former Vice President and President elect of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Former member of the National Trial Lawyers Association and member of the international Legal Fraternity- Phi-Delta-Phi.
Mr. Schwartzreich's past and current community involvement include the Fort Lauderdale Beach Rotary Club. He was previously appointed to the Human Rights Board by former Commissioner Lori Parrish and Current Property Appraiser Lori Parrish. He was appointed by Councilwoman Sharon Uria of Plantation to serve as an alternate on the City of Plantation's Zoning Board.
He is married to attorney Mila Schwartzreich, who currently works in the legal department for the Broward Sherriff's Office. They have two children, Skyler and Sydney and the family dog named, "Justice".

Former Lead Felony Prosecutor while serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida. Member of the American Bar Association, Member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Member of the Florida Bar, Member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Member of the International Legal Fraternity - Phi Alpha Delta.

Ms. Glassman was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Broward County Florida. Graduated University of Florida with Honors, with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a minor Business. Ms. Glassman was a Florida Bright Future Scholar all 4 years. After college Ms. Glassman attended University of Miami Law School where received a Juris Doctorate and graduated top 15% in her class.
During Law school Ms. Glassman clerked for the Honorable Judge Roberto Pineiro of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, was awarded membership to the Inter-American Law Review, made the Dean's List, and won Best Oral Advocate in the Advanced Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Glassman is a former Assistant Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit where she successfully represented clients facing various criminal charges including Armed Robbery, Burglary, Drug Sales, Grand theft, DUI/DWI, and probation violations.
Ms. Glassman now has extensive statewide trial experience. She has expanded her trial experience to include representing clients from charges including Attempted Murder, Rape/Sexual Battery, Child Molestation, Felony Drug Charges, Internet Solicitation, Gun charges, Probation Violation Hearings, as well as numerous other criminal charges.
Ms. Glassman has extensive and very successful Motion Practice including numerous wins on Motions to Dismiss and Motions to Suppress on high-profile criminal cases. Ms. Glassman has been mentioned in the Miami Herald, the Sun Sentinel and seen on the local news stations for her representation of clients.
Ms. Glassman is a current member of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Broward Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is active in the community and a huge fan of the Arts. She sits on the Executive Committee for the New World Symphony Orchestra where she lobbies and organizes efforts to enhance the cultural awareness in the community. She is also a member of the Surfrider Foundation that helps to protect our oceans, waves and beaches by fighting for clean water, and Beach Preservation.
